Come discover the flora of Japan!
Draves Arboretum contains nearly 800 species of diverse trees and shrubs from all over the world. We’re inviting you to explore one of our most extensive geographic collections. This self-guided tour is a great opportunity to walk the arboretum at your own pace and learn about various species from the island country of Japan, located over 6,000 miles away, off of the eastern coast of the continent of Asia. Participants will be given a map and Exploration Guide highlighting trees and shrubs with Japanese native origin located throughout the arboretum.
